This retreat combines the energy of kickboxing with the restorative calm of yoga, breath work, and meditation, offering a perfect balance for both body and mind. Set against the serene backdrop Basata, this is your time to empower your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with your inner balance.
Day 1
Arrival & Welcome Orientation

7:00 am - Departing from Cairo:
The journey begins after the group gathers and embarks on their scenic drive to South Sinai. -
1:00 pm – Arrival & Check-in:
Upon arrival, guests are warmly greeted and given an orientation by Sherif el Ghamrawy (founder & Owner of Basata) They’ll settle in and the sea view -
4:00 pm – Welcome Circle & Orientation:
Introduction to the retreat and overview of the next few days.

4:30 pm – Grounding Yoga Flow:
A gentle beachside yoga session to help participants ground their energy and relax after their journey.

5:45 pm – Sunset Breathing Meditation:
A guided breathing meditation facing the ocean to connect with nature and the present moment.

7:00 pm – Welcome Dinner:
A relaxed communal welcome dinner.

9:00 pm – Journaling & Intention Setting:
Private journaling to reflect on personal goals for the retreat.
Day 2
Activate & Empower

8:00 am - Sunrise Meditation & Breathing Techniques:
Gently awaken with focused breath work and a mindfulness practice. -
8:45 am - Energizing Morning Yoga:
A dynamic yoga session to prepare the body for the day. -
9:30 am - Breakfast:
A delicious group breakfast & some free time. -
12:00 am - Kickboxing Session 1: Fundamentals & Power:
Kickboxing fundamentals, focusing on technique, balance, and power. -
2:00 pm - Free Time:
Downtime for swimming and relaxation on the beach. -
5:00 pm - Yin Yoga & Deep Stretching Followed by Guided Meditation:
A relaxing, deep-stretching yoga session to release tension after the kickboxing workout. Following a session of guided meditation. -
8:00 pm - Dinner:
A relaxed communal welcome dinner -
9:00 pm - Satsang:
A warm gathering of sharing experiences and spiritual reflections.
Day 3
Balance & Flow

8:00 am – Dynamic Intense Breathing & Pranayama:
Practice different breathing techniques to activate energy and hormonal balance. -
9:30 am – Breakfast & Morning Break:
Enjoy a fresh breakfast and free time to relax. -
12:00 am – Kickboxing Session 2: Strength & Speed:
Building on day 2’s session, with a focus on speed, combinations, and core strength. -
2:00 pm – Free Time:
Downtime for swimming and relaxation on the beach. -
5:00 pm – 5 Elements of Universe Yoga & Meditation:
Ancient flow of asanas , mudras and pranayama -
7:00 pm – Dinner:
A vibrant and flavorful dinner featuring a variety of traditional Egyptian dishes. -
9:00 pm - Evening Bonding around the fire.
Dinner, followed by a bonfire by the beach for some reflections and meditation.
Day 4
Reflect & Integrate

7:00 am - Oceanfront Meditation & Gratitude Practice:
Begin the day with a calming meditation, reflecting on the retreat and practicing gratitude. -
8:00 am - Slow Flow Yoga:
A gentle, soothing yoga practice designed to ease any soreness and harmonize mind and body. -
9:00 am - Breakfast:
Final breakfast together. -
11:00 am - Kickboxing Session 3: Flow & Integration:
A final session that integrates all kickboxing elements learned, with focus on fluid movement and flow. -
12:00 am - Closing Circle & Reflections:
Final group gathering to share experiences, reflections, and farewells. -
1:00 pm - Getting ready & Checkout:
Showering, packing, checking out -
2:00 pm - Departure back to Cairo:
The group will depart, feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready to take on life with renewed energy
